Yes, I am telling you what to do…

You and your partner have normally had all of the freedoms in previous partner workouts.  Today will certainly be the exception to that.  You and your partner must split the reps according to the listed rep scheme.  That means that if your partner takes 22 minutes to perform his 1 Burpee, you will have plenty of rest before you get to go.  Today is not just a challenge to complete the workout, but to have seamless transitions where you and your partner work as if you were one (as oppose to two people doing a ton of work).  Those who can be quick and fluid together will thrive together.
